Tangible results.

Companies that select Young & Associates as their strategic public relations partner receive full-service attention—from Day One. To ensure that all client situations and needs are fully addressed through tailored programs that pack the most punch, we walk through three major phases with each account: initial discovery and knowledge-sharing, vigorous account start-up, and driving momentum and creativity.

Discovery: Learn About Each Other

When discussing a relationship with a potential client, Young & Associates’ goal is to formally introduce the agency – our distinct style, approach and experience – and learn as much as possible about the company in need. Young & Associates will ask about the potential client’s corporate objectives, internal marketing/PR department structure, previous and current public relations program details, goals for the new public relations program and budget. We encourage potential clients to ask us questions as well.

Following a successful discovery call and a green light from the potential client, Young & Associates develops a tailored public relations program proposal that aligns with the company’s specific needs and objectives. Our proposals reflect fresh ideas and are designed to give you a clear view of how we will manage the program and measure success.

Hit the Ground Running

Partnering with our clients through close collaboration is one of Young & Associates’ success factors. We begin with a time-tested start-up phase that helps set the groundwork for a strong program.

The program kicks off with an initial planning meeting with the company’s decision makers and the designated Young & Associates account team. This meeting is imperative for setting program priorities and objectives as well as establishing roles and measurement. The meeting will include a complete review of the public relations program, including key messages, upcoming news announcements and industry trends, media interview participation process (including company spokespersons) and other pertinent topics.

Maintain Focus & Creativity

Once the public relations program foundation is solidified and the initial kick-off has successfully concluded, Young & Associates shifts its focus to continue the program’s momentum with a steady pipeline of activities.

Through bi-weekly or monthly update calls with our primary client liaison/s, Young & Associates keeps a pulse on the company’s progress and new topics or subject matter experts to leverage for media opportunities. These meetings are an opportunity to share new ideas and ensure the program stays infused with creativity and fresh activities. In addition, Young & Associates maintains consistent communication with priority media and analysts to encourage our client’s inclusion in appropriate news stories/reports.
